We typically assign one day a week for all meetings and calls. i.e Tuesday. How we use this time varies from project to project and how the incumbent marketing team are performing.

Month 1 is our discovery/immersion phase and I'll need 6 days in this initial phase to properly get under the hood of the project. We'll get to know each other and your business. We'll also define the scope of the project and the deliverables as well as having in depth chats with all stakeholders (from leadership teams to the marketing managers).

You'll receive a detailed email with action points, recommendations, and next steps based on our discussion.
